Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implementation of daily maintenance activities.
Responsible for achieving uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OPE targets.
Responsible for daily breakdown, Root cause analysis & its closure.
Monitor daily operations and report on performance metrics.
Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare reports and presentations for management
Spare planning
Manpower planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or Electrical.
5+ years of experience in a Bodyshop maintenance role
.
Strong understanding of
Bodyshop process spot welding, MIG welding, handling, Sealer application etc
Hands on experience on
Robots ( Kuka, Comau
etc.) .
Understanding & Strong diagnosis skill of
Allen Bradley PLC
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
