Job Description

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you should possess a strong knowledge of the system's functionality, architecture, partitioning, design, testing, and integration. Additionally, you are expected to have a solid understanding of hardware development processes, interfaces, EMC, and environmental specifications. Your experience with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, and tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, ODX Studio, Indigo will be crucial for this role. Moreover, familiarity with software architecture (AUTOSAR), development processes (SPICE), and tools like DOORS, Clearcase, and MATLAB is required. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in system functionality, architecture, design, testing, and integration - Possess strong knowledge of hardware development processes, interfaces, EMC, and environmental specifications - Utilize experience with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS) and tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, ODX Studio, Indigo) - Apply knowledge of software architecture (AUTOSAR), development processes (SPICE), and relevant tools (DOORS, Clearcase, MATLAB) - Engage in continuous self-development and assist others in their professional growth - Lead and adapt to change effectively - Translate strategy into actionable plans and drive execution - Uphold ethical standards and inspire teams to excel - Anticipate and meet customer (stakeholders) needs efficiently Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical - 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience Additional Company Details: The Tata Motors Leadership Competencies expected from you include developing yourself and others, leading change, driving execution, leading by example, motivating self and others, and maintaining customer-centricity.,
