BOBJ Expert

As an experienced professional with over 8 years of relevant IT experience, you will be responsible for hands-on administration and installation of SAP Business Objects software including SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP Data Services. Your role will involve working with both Linux and Windows operating systems in the context of BOBJ & Java systems. A key aspect of this role is your capacity to proactively acquire new knowledge and skills, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. Additionally, you will be engaging with customers on technical and operational issues, including handling escalated cases effectively. A crucial requirement for this position is having a Cloud and Customer Mindset, along with previous experience in Cloud Operations or Support roles within private cloud or public cloud environments.
