Qualifications:

Education: BE (any stream) / Diploma / ITI

Experience: 0 to 2+ years in BMS operations or FAS

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & security systems
• Respond to system alarms and faults as the first line of action
• Record and maintain system logs, performance data, and incident reports
• Assist facility teams by providing system data and analysis
• Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards

Required Skills:

✔ Basic engineering knowledge

✔ Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory

✔ Site adaptability and fieldwork readiness

✔ Understanding of DDC panel wiring, GA drawings

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

✔ Strong communication skills in English & local language
