BMC Helix ITSM Developer

As a BMC Helix ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - BMC Helix installation experience on new hardware or cloud - Experience in BMC Helix Integration with different platforms - Remedy ITSM expertise could be an added advantage - Must have Remedy ITSM Developer with upgrade experience, specifically in BMC Remedy Upgrade - Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions in the ITSM module - Development in ITSM, IM, CM, PM modules as per project requirements - Development and web service integration unit testing - End-to-end integration testing support of developed functionalities - Support the deployment process, including sanity testing - Defect resolution and knowledge of SOAP UI - Unix knowledge is desirable - Experience in ITSM upgrade projects is an added advantage Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM - Strong expertise in Remedy ITSM with upgrade experience - Ability to work on ITSM, IM, CM, PM modules - Proficiency in web service integration and unit testing - Knowledge of end-to-end integration testing support - Experience in deployment processes and defect resolution - Familiarity with SOAP UI and Unix Please note that the location of this job is in Hinjewadi, Pune.,
