As a Blue Yonder WMS Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be an essential part of the global team, contributing to innovative projects like autonomous cars and life-saving robots. Your role involves performing integration development for Blue Yonder WMS 2020+, utilizing technical knowledge in various operating systems, developing programming skills in multiple languages, and demonstrating a strong functional understanding of Blue Yonder WMS and supply chain concepts. You will also be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, leading teams, managing assignments, collaborating with internal and external resources, and overseeing the design and quality of changes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform integration development for Blue Yonder WMS 2020+ - Utilize technical knowledge with 5-7 years of experience, including basic knowledge of Windows, AIX, and Linux - Develop programming and scripting skills in Blue Yonder MOCA, Batch, ksh, csh, Perl, VB, and C languages - Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and supply chain concepts - Conduct root cause analysis and possess the ability to resolve production issues - Lead teams, manage assignments, and collaborate with internal and external resources - Organize and lead meetings with business users and managers, working with 3rd party vendors - Oversee the design and quality of changes, driving resolution of reported issues Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech qualification - Proficiency in Blue Yonder WMS, Systems Integration, Middleware, Java, SQL, and Technical Architecture - Leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience, including managing teams, assignments, and working with stakeholders Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, focuses on accelerating organizations" transition to a digital and sustainable world.
