About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blue Yonder (BY) Planning Consultant/Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in supply chain planning and inventory optimization, along with strong technical capabilities in data platforms, scripting, and integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

Lead and support BY Planning implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define planning strategies and optimize inventory.
Configure and manage BY Planning modules to align with business goals.
Provide functional documentation, testing, and end-user training.
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain planning processes.

Technical Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Build and integrate APIs using REST and SOAP for seamless data exchange.
Automate and customize processes using scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
Work with ETL and data integration tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Informatica, etc.
Integrate BY Planning with cloud data platforms and enterprise systems.
Nice to have: experience with JDA legacy systems and cloud-based BY Planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in BY Planning or related SCM platforms.
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory optimization.
Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud data platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Blue Yonder Cloud implementations.
Certifications in BY Planning or related SCM tools.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
