Job Description

As a passionate and experienced RPA professional, you have the opportunity to join the team at Capgemini in a role as Developer, Consultant, Lead, or Architect, based on your experience and expertise in Blue Prism. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism. - Leading or contributing to technical architecture decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation strategies. - Creating and managing documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, and bot maintenance records according to CoE standards. - Supporting deployment and configuration of Blue Prism environments across development, test, and production. - Mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership in Lead/Architect roles. - Integrating RPA with OCR, IDP tools (e.g., Decipher, Interact), and AI/ML components where applicable. - Troubleshooting and independently resolving issues to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. - Developing reusable components and libraries to enhance efficiency and maintainability. - Staying updated with RPA trends and Blue Prism advancements, adopting new features and best practices. Your primary skills should include: - 2-10 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Blue Prism. - Proficiency in Blue Prism Studio, Control Room, and Object Studio. - Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and REFramework. - Experience with .NET, VB.NET, or C# for custom code integration. - Familiarity with SQL and database operations. - Knowledge of web services/APIs (REST/SOAP) integration. - Experience with OCR tools (Google OCR, Microsoft OCR) and IDP platforms like Decipher and Interact. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to create reusable components and follow best practices. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Blue Prism certification (Developer or Professional) is a plus.
