Job Description

Blown Film Extruder Operator

Fully Auto 3-Layer Blown Film Extruder – Reifenhauser Automation)

Location: Daman

Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night) 12 hrs

Annual CTC: Up to INR 6,00,000 (Depending on Candidate)

Minimum 5 years of experience operating fully automatic blown film extrusion machines.Sound understanding of polymer processing, extrusion parameters, and troubleshooting common defects (gels, gauge variation, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret production plans, QC specifications, and work instructions.Familiarity with ISO standards, plant safety, and environment management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Machine Operator: 4 years (Preferred)
Blown film Extrusion : 5 years (Preferred)
Fully Auto 3-Layer- – Reifenhauser: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
