Phlebotomy
Conduct screening test for all donors
Handle donor queries and ensure donor comfort
Attend blood drives, Blood Mobile Vans
blood grouping and cross matching of every patient blood sample with donor blood sample
and other routine cross-match lab work
Timely separation of whole blood into components
Quarantine entry of components
Ensure 100% labelling of components
Ensure proper storage of components
