DMLT / B.Sc. MLT (recognized by State Medical Council)
Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience in Blood Bank / Laboratory preferred
Key Responsibilities
Blood grouping, cross matching, compatibility testing
Component preparation (PRBC, FFP, Platelets, Cryoprecipitate)
Apheresis support (if trained)
Donor screening & sample handling
Maintain records as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act & NABH standards
Assist in external quality control & audits

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
