You will be part of a team working on a blockchain-based infrastructure project similar to Xnode.world at Perfect TV Network. As a Blockchain Technical Project Manager / Web3 Architect, your responsibilities will include designing and planning a multi-chain node-hosting and staking platform. You will also be leading the technical architecture, which encompasses blockchain infrastructure, staking logic, and dashboards. Coordinating with clients, creating proposals, estimating timelines and budgets, as well as hiring and guiding a development team in backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA roles will be crucial aspects of your role. Your oversight will be critical in ensuring end-to-end project delivery. You should possess 3+ years of experience in blockchain/web3 development or infrastructure management. A strong understanding of node hosting, validator setup, and staking systems is essential. Additionally, experience with smart contracts (Solidity/Rust), APIs, and wallet integration is required. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, and security best practices is also necessary. Good communication skills are a must as you will be expected to explain technical concepts to clients and lead teams effectively.
