Role:

Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cloud engineers and clients to address large-scale data challenges by creating migration, storage, and processing utilities on Google Cloud.
• Architect and implement cloud migration strategies for both cloud-native and on-premises applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems impacting large-scale operations.
• Develop tools for ingesting and processing massive data volumes (terabytes to petabytes daily).
• Design next-generation storage and computation solutions for major clients.
• Participate in proposal development, including RFP responses, effort estimations, and solution designs.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Network, Engineering, DevOps, SiteOps, and customers.
• Build advanced automation, testing, monitoring, and data operation tools across multiple cloud environments.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of data modeling and governance principles.

Required Skills:

• Python Programming:
• Deep knowledge of Python core concepts including syntax, data structures (lists, dicts, sets, tuples), and control flow mechanisms.
• Proficiency with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and frameworks like Django, Flask, alongside expertise in FastAPI.
• Strong skills in exception handling, debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization through profiling.
• REST APIs:
• Solid grasp of RESTful principles: statelessness, resource-based design, and standard HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Ability to document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and input validation.
• FastAPI:
• Expertise in developing and deploying REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Experience with asynchronous programming using async/await patterns.
• Skilled in data validation and serialization with Pydantic.
• Understanding and use of FastAPIs dependency injection framework.
• Git:
• Proficient in version control using Git, including command-line skills and workflows.
• Knowledgeable in branching strategies like Gitflow and feature branches, including conflict resolution.
• Experience working with Git hosting platforms, pull requests, and code review processes.
