About this Role: We are looking for an experienced senior blockchain Architect who will be responsible for the Architecting, designing and developing of the blockchain components of the system and integration with blockchain networks. This position is a core position for the company and the team will create the IP of Wadzchain. Key responsibilities The role will provide research and insights of the blockchain developments in the market and be a mentor to the team on blockchain projects and technologies to create a world-class finance system that support WADZCHAINs global footprint. The incumbent must be willing to insist on the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the engineering best practices are followed, and that software is designed to be dynamically scalable, and resilient to threats. The role will drive software development using the best breed languages, agile processes / methods and best of breed tools. Collaborate with the architecture and engineering teams and contribute to and follow our design choices and invent new features. We have a team culture that encourages innovation, and we expect developers and management alike to take a high level of ownership for the product vision, technical architecture, and project delivery. Successful candidates will be high-bandwidth leaders who can cut through the noise, simplify relentlessly, deliver results, and build great teams around themselves. The role will be accountable for driving the entire product life cycle, from platform product definition through specification, coding, quality assurance and launch to the world. Key Technical Skills: Total 15+ years of experience, in which 5 years should be in blockchain technologies Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols. Should have understanding of Crypto Mining and PoW and PoS. In-depth knowledge of the best practices in blockchain management and data protection. Should be able to create blockchain networks and implement the block chain Datacenter Well understanding of the Blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum, TRON, Hyperledger, Corda Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures / technologies and emerging technologies, security measures to protect against cyber-attacks DevOps experience – Core understanding of and experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), including exposure to world class system and application monitoring Solid understanding of design and development methods and processes Should be able to create nodes and Node security algorithms like cryptography Should be able to write and build blockchain security algorithms like SHA-256 Blockchain Technologies: Ethereum ERC-20 and ERC-751 & Hyperledger-Fabric, TRON, Basic Network Configurations and NFT Marketplace, Multichain, BigchainDb Blockchain Tools: Blockchain Tools: Remix IDE, Ganache Other Technologies: Cloud based stack and multiple products within it including serverless features Jenkins/Hashicorp Terraform / Ansible / Docker, Grable, Github, Jira Linux, Kotlin, Cloud SQL, Swagger, Redis, Circle CI, Angular, React Twilio, SEON, Firebase MUST HAVE SKILLS: 5 years of relevant software engineering experience – blockchain 5 years of relevant industry experience in payments, financial markets. Passionate about the DeFi / NFT space Experience with architecture, best practices, object-oriented design and languages Experience engineering systems on hyperscale cloud platforms a strong plus Experience in payments and Financial Systems A strong desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience prioritizing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences Behavioral & Soft Skills: Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an engaging and accessible way. Knowledge of community management on Web3 platforms and social channels. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to problem solve effectively EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: MS in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience) A real plus is understanding of security and networking for cloud
