As a Blockchain Architect at CoinFantasy, you will be responsible for designing and architecting innovative blockchain solutions, ensuring seamless integration of decentralized technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with Business and software developers, leading the development of blockchain protocols and decentralized applications, and providing technical leadership to drive best practices in blockchain development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect innovative blockchain solutions, including consensus mechanisms, tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized governance models. - Collaborate with Business and software developers to create innovative solutions. - Lead the development of blockchain protocols and decentralized applications, focusing on scalability, security, and interoperability. - Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in blockchain development, code review, and quality assurance. - Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. - Analyze company needs, resources, and problems to provide necessary solutions. - Work with open-source projects and codebases. - Stay updated on current blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for blockchain security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. - 10+ years of overall experience in Software Development. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing blockchain solutions. - Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, protocols (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake), and consensus algorithms. - Proven track record of successfully delivering blockchain projects from concept to production. - Experience with rust or golang and node.js is a must. - Knowledge in Java, C++, and Python. - Strong back-end skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. - Proven leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects.
