This is an opportunity to work with an international footwear brand in a blended customer support role. The position involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions and requires flexibility for rotational shifts. The role follows a 5-day working structure.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate freshers are eligible

• Undergraduate or graduate candidates with relevant BPO experience preferred

• Good communication skills required

• Must be comfortable with both chat and call support
