This role designs engagement strategies, plans events, gathers feedback, and partners with leaders to ensure employees feel valued and connected to the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute annual employee engagement plans aligned with company values and business objectives. Culture Building: Promote a culture of recognition, inclusivity, and continuous feedback. Communication: Create internal communication campaigns (emails, newsletters, intranet updates) to keep employees informed and motivated. Events & Activities: Plan and coordinate team-building activities, celebrations, and CSR initiatives (festivals, milestone events, wellness programs). Feedback & Analytics: Conduct engagement surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks; analyze data and recommend action plans. Recognition Programs: Design and manage reward & recognition initiatives to appreciate employee contributions. Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and leadership to drive engagement goals. Employee Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and suggestions related to workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee engagement or culture initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize large-scale events and manage budgets. Data-driven mindset with experience using engagement survey tools and HR analytics. Creative problem-solving and project management abilities.
