Job Role: Sales development representative Experience: 1 to 2 Years Job Mode: Remote 5daysworking Job Time: 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST (US Hours) Company Name: TeamSync Software Inc Product: https://www.twig.so What You’ll Do: Research and build high-quality lead lists of ICP accounts and contacts Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects Book and conduct initial discovery meetings with decision-makers Collaborate with founders to move deals through the pipeline Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics What We’re Looking For : 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (SaaS/startup preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident on the phone, resilient, and curious Organized, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven Bonus: Experience selling to CX, support, or product leaders What You’ll Get: Competitive compensation (base + commission) Hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities A fast-paced, high-impact startup environment Direct access to leadership and real ownership in deals Note: We are looking for an SDR or BDM with experience specifically in the IT industry.
