Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a vital role in shaping your career while being part of a collaborative global community. Your responsibilities will include: - Aligning Application Maintenance (ADM) processes with business goals using Capgemini's BPF framework. - Mapping business processes and analyzing financial metrics, IT failures, and transactional data to define and improve KPIs. - Performing KPI calculations and building business cases for leadership and client buy-in. - Developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and performance trends. - Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, solutions, and progress to stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong business process understanding and experience in business analysis across IT and operations. - Proficiency in data analysis using Power BI and Excel, including dashboarding and data modeling. - Knowledge of financial metrics and KPI frameworks relevant to ADM and business performance. - Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports using PowerPoint. - Familiarity with ERP systems and techno-functional roles in implementation or support environments.
