Role Overview: As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations, your role will involve designing, developing, and supporting inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud. You should be proficient in utilizing key tools such as HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and HCM REST APIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
