SAP Concur Consultant ( CIP Certified) Location: Hybrid in Delhi/Noida Employment Type: Full-time Experience: SAP Concur implementations/support Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules . The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems. This role requires strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Configure and deploy SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice) based on client requirements. Set up expense policies, audit rules, VAT/GST configurations, travel policies, and approval workflows. Integrate Concur with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., HR Master Data, ERP) using SFTP, Native Integration, or CTE . Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, resolve configuration issues, and address user queries. Monitor interfaces, triage defects, and collaborate with technical teams for fixes. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Client Collaboration: Conduct fit-gap analysis , workshops, and training sessions for end-users. Translate business needs into Concur configurations while safeguarding interdependencies between modules. Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support hyper-care phases. Project Management: Assist in project planning, timeline adherence, and status reporting. Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Travel) to align Concur solutions with business processes. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2-8 years in SAP Concur implementations/support , with exposure to Expense, Travel, and Request modules. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Concur configuration , Cognos Reporting, and integrations (SAP ECC/S4 HANA, MS Dynamics). Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with ITIL/Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Six Sigma is a plus). Certifications: CIP (Certified Implementation Partner) for Concur . Relevant certifications in SAP Concur, Scrum, or RPA (e.g., Blue Prism) are advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in geographically dispersed teams.
