Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  1:1 online sessions

  for Biology (Classes 6–12 / NEET / CBSE / ICSE as per your preference).
• Diagnose students’ academic level and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Explain complex concepts clearly and visually (diagrams, analogies, etc.).
• Build a trusting relationship where students feel comfortable asking doubts.
• Track progress and share brief feedback periodically.
• Collaborate with our core team to maintain quality and consistency.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong subject command over Biology (school-level and/or entrance level).
• Ability to teach in a

  student-friendly, engaging

  manner.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred (but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in

  English or Hindi

  .
• Reliable internet, a quiet teaching environment, and commitment to scheduled sessions.
• Empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in student growth.
