Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons using experiments, models, animations, and diagrams. Design lesson plans, assignments, and activities to encourage critical thinking and scientific curiosity. Classroom ManagementCreate a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Parent InteractionCommunicate with parents through PTMs and academic reports. Address concerns related to performance and suggest actionable improvement plans.
