Executive – Operations (SCM & Logistics) Location: Biogenix Inc Pvt Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Seniority: Mid to Senior Management About the Role Biogenix Inc Pvt Ltd is hiring an Executive – Operations (SCM & Logistics) to become a key part of our core operations team. This is not your average desk job — you’ll be operating from the nerve center of our supply chain, interfacing with procurement, dispatch, production, inventory, and logistics teams to drive real impact from day one. This is a high-growth role with real responsibility, learning, and visibility from the top. Key Responsibilities Inbound Logistics & Procurement Coordinate with both domestic and international vendors for timely procurement of raw materials, reagents, and instruments. Monitor purchase orders and vendor lead times to ensure seamless material intake. Collaborate with QC to ensure received goods are compliant and integrated into inventory systems. Liaise with Finance to track payments and resolve invoice bottlenecks. Inventory Management Synchronize incoming materials with production timelines. Maintain accurate inventory data via dashboards, audits, and reconciliations. Enforce minimum stock thresholds to avoid production interruptions. Bridge communication between stores, warehouse, and dispatch for real-time visibility. Dispatch & Outbound Logistics Manage dispatches of diagnostics kits, instruments, and consumables across clients, hospitals, distributors, and sales reps. Coordinate with courier/3PL partners like FedEx, DTDC, Smartr, etc., for timely pickups and deliveries. Generate all required documents: AWBs, invoices, e-way bills, and packaging checklists. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively. Production Coordination Align raw material planning with daily and weekly production schedules. Report delays, QC holds, or production blockers to relevant teams. Track daily production output and support packaging/assembly workflows. Order Management Maintain the central order master register (sales, marketing, tender orders). Coordinate order flow between sales, production, dispatch, and logistics. Highlight order delays, stuck items, or backlog risks to senior leadership. Reporting & MIS Own daily/weekly/monthly SCM dashboards and performance metrics. Track KPIs like procurement TAT, dispatch turnaround, stock turnover, etc. Use data to identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements. Work with the IT team to automate and digitize reporting systems. Team Oversight & Field Operations Support field logistics (delivery boys, loaders, packers, storekeepers). Ensure smooth shift-wise operations and performance tracking. Conduct or support weekly performance reviews and MoMs with Director – Logistics. 🌟 Skills & Competencies Strong analytical mindset with a bias for operational problem-solving. Sound knowledge of SCM basics: procurement, logistics, dispatch, demand planning. Prior exposure to ERPs, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital reporting tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills — must coordinate across departments (QC, production, sales, finance). Energetic, proactive, and able to multitask in high-stakes environments.
