You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operator with 8-15 years of experience in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Blown Film Extrusion machine, specifically for our new product basket which includes Biodegradable/Compostable packaging such as Carry bags, Shopping Bags, Trash Bags, Pouches, Film, etc. These products are made of natural polymers like PLA, PBAT, Biobased Compounds, PBS, PHA, etc. These natural-based polymers have similar properties to LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, etc., and are environmentally friendly. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrated experience in operating mono-layer and 3-layer blown film extrusion machines - Proficient in machine troubleshooting - Daily production and wastage maintenance - Wastage control - Operating machines at specified capacity and enhancing efficiency further To be successful in this role, you will need: - Experience working with mono-layer and 3-layer machines - Ability to handle two machines simultaneously Qualifications required: - ITI/Diploma This position falls under the job category of Operator.
