Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hyderabad. The Bio-Analytical Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, developing and providing soft-skills training, conducting regular assessments, and addressing areas where students face difficulties. The trainer will also ensure that students gain comprehensive technical knowledge and are well-prepared for the industry expectations and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years Experience in bio-analysis and clinical research
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in bio-analytical department
• Ability to assess and address student training needs
• Ability to teach online/offline classes
• Knowledge of industry expectations and recruitment procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Prior training experience is an advantage

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week
