Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bima Sakhi at the Life Insurance Corporation of India, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Bima Sakhi will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products, providing assistance and customer support, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily interactions with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client records and manage data
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
