BIM Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit for live projects
• Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and best practices
• Support the team in clash detection, model coordination, and design validation
• Participate in internal discussions and training sessions to improve BIM proficiency
• Adapt to evolving project needs and demonstrate a willingness to learn

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and detailing
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (prior training or coursework preferred)
• Knowledge of BIM concepts, workflows, and documentation standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in learning and applying new technologies
