As a skilled Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller with a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, you will play a crucial role in developing detailed 3D models and designs using Bentley AECOsim/OpenBuildings software. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering detailed 3D models for infrastructure projects using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim software. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free models. - Interpreting and incorporating design data, drawings, and specifications into 3D models. - Assisting in the preparation of construction documentation, drawings, and schedules. - Performing quality checks to ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards. - Supporting project teams in design reviews and presentations using 3D visualizations and walkthroughs. - Updating and maintaining BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinating with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design components. - Staying updated with Bentley software developments and industry best practices to enhance modeling efficiency and quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Bentley OpenBuildings Designer / AECOsim Modeller, preferably on infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in Bentley AECOsim Building Designer / OpenBuildings Designer software. - Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows related to infrastructure projects. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documents. - Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance within BIM environments. - Knowledge of related software such as MicroStation, ProjectWise, Navisworks, or similar is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
