BIM Modeler

Software skills required: Autodesk Revit MEP or Electric (Must), Navisworks, AutoCADechnical Skills Required:

• Must Have: Autodesk Revit MEP or Electrical
• Good to Have: Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of data centers, Autodesk Build, and Collaboration Pro
• Experience with BIM collaboration platforms: BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex
• Proficient in developing LOD 400 and 500 models for data centers and high-rise buildings
• Hands-on experience with clash detection and resolution

Must-Have Knowledge:

• Expertise in leveraging BIM technologies to ensure project excellence
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and model coordination
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional BIM teams
• Capable of driving innovative BIM solutions and maintaining quality

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards, and protocols
• Manage BIM-related risks, issues, and data workflows
• Create and maintain accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets
• Ensure quality control for all BIM outputs
• Deliver BIM models and data on time to all stakeholders
• Identify and resolve quality issues and discrepancies
• Implement corrective actions to enhance model accuracy and quality
• Handle client interactions related to BIM implementation
• Review LOD 300/350 models received from clients and develop detailed shop drawings
