Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models using Tekla Structure.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Create and manage complex models, including clash detection and resolution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM modeling.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.

Job Requirements

Proficient in BIM modeling software, particularly Tekla Structure.
Strong understanding of building construction principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in BIM modeling.
