We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP BIM Modeler with proven experience delivering BIM models for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manage parametric families for piping systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and update piping BIM models in Revit for US commercial and residential projects.• Create, modify, and maintain parametric Revit families to support project-specific requirements.• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated models.• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM execution plans.
