BIM Modeler Experience Candidates (Min : 2 Year) - Thrissur

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Thrissur. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and creating Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural projects. Daily tasks include managing and updating BIM models, collaborating with the architecture and engineering teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of construction drawings. The BIM Modeler will also coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to integrate their systems into the BIM models.

Qualifications

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
• Skills in Modeling and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the construction or architecture industry
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
