BIM Modeler – Electrical & Instrumentation (Revit) - Malad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mumbai based BIM Modeler – Electrical & Instrumentation to develop coordinated Revit models for electrical power, lighting, HVAC electrical, and instrumentation / ELV systems for industrial building projects. The role involves BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, and drawing extraction in line with approved designs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & maintain Electrical & Instrumentation BIM models (LOD 300–400) using Revit.
Model electrical systems (lighting, power, DBs, MCCs, UPS, transformers).
Model HVAC electrical & instrumentation / ELV systems (F&G, Telecom, Security, HVAC controls).
Coordinate cable tray, conduit, and routing layouts across disciplines.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks and update models accordingly.
Extract shop drawings and quantities (BOQ/BOM) from BIM models.
Support site revisions and as-built modeling.
Coordinate with Engineers, Site teams, and other disciplines.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
Experience using REVIT AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC, and Navisworks for model review and clash checking.
Knowledge of HVAC electrical and instrumentation / ELV systems will be an added advantage.
