Roles & Responsibilities:

*Interpret and understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences.
*Architectural detailing and modeling throughout all design stages from Concept to IFC (Issued for construction).*Produce Architectural Models from LOD 100 to LOD 500.*Monitor the design process from Concept to IFC to ensure consistency of Design.*Coordinate with external consultants and interdisciplinary teams in BIM 360 cloud environment.*Create all types of Architecture Drawings in Revit, including Area Calculations for all design stages.*Analyze, identify design issues, and resolve them in collaboration with the Lead Architect.*Maintain a log of all design changes, their impacts on the project, and coordinate with external parties working in BIM.*Proficient knowledge in Architecture and Façade Designing / Modeling.*Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under tight deadlines.*Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.*Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and SketchUp.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
*Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various Architectural design projects.*Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience:
*Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture BIM Modeler / Coordinator.*Experience working with consultants is preferred.*Gulf experience will be an added advantage.

*Pune, India

Salary:
Up to 1 Lakh* / MonthsDepends on your performances in the interview and matching your profile on our selection criteria.
