BIM Modeler (Archi - Structural)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Work on Structural and Architectural components across various stages of the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure integrated, clash-free models
• Produce 2D drawings and construction documentation derived from 3D models

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience working on Structural and Architectural projects
• Knowledge of MEP coordination workflows
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
