hospitality sectors with min of 6 years experience in BIM

Technical Skills:

• Leading the team of BIM coordinators and modelers
• Expertise in preparing and implementing BEPs, setting out BIM Modelling strategy, 4D/ 5D implementation,

Expertise in establishing BIM working framework based on ISO 19650

• Knowledge of pre-construction design management

Required:

• Exposure Primavera P6 / MS Project, Power BI, Bexel

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in analysing data and present the statuses to client and management using dashboards
• Implement global standards in 3D 4D and 5D modeling processes
• • Understand the purpose of BIM implementation and orient approach towards achieving project monitoring, tracking
• and completion.
• • Develop strategies: Create and implement BIM strategies, execution plans, and standards
• • Manage resources: Allocate tasks, Oversee the use of BIM software, tools, and licenses
• • Train staff: Provide training and professional development for BIM professionals
• • Coordinate teams: Ensure collaboration between different design and project teams and stakeholders
• • Monitor progress: Track the progress of modeling, construction and generate reports
• • Ensure quality: Conduct quality control checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of BIM models
• • Promote digital tools: Promote the benefits of using digital tools and implement processes to standardize them.
• Explore new technologies and digital solutions and experiment on adaptation in construction.
• • Create documentation: Create documents such as Employers Information Requirements (EIRs) and BIM Execution
• Plans (BEPs). Implement/create processes for QA/QC of models, design clashes reporting and prioritization of issues
• • Provide conflicts resolution techniques
• • Proactive approach in team building and identifying highly talented and effective resources.
• • Interface with Client in regular meetings, track the P&L, invoicing of the BIM projects on regular basis and create
• confidence to clients and internal team with excellent leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams
• • International experience is a plus
• • Proven track record of managing high-value projects
