Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive – Education Business located in Tamil Nadu, India. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, crafting and delivering sales pitches, managing accounts, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive student enrollments and corporate training partnerships. Develop and execute business development strategies for education programs. Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, universities, and professional bodies. Identify new markets and opportunities for BIM education. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and events to promote courses. Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or education sector (B2B/B2C). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of Tekla Structures, Revit, or other BIM products (advantage). Experience collaborating with universities, colleges, and training institutions . Familiarity with BIM education, certifications, and corporate training models .
