Role Overview: As a BIM Engineer specializing in Autodesk Revit for semiconductor and pharmaceutical projects, you will be responsible for supporting design, modeling, and coordination of complex building systems. Your expertise in MEP, architectural, or process piping modeling will be crucial in ensuring the integrity of the models and designs for cleanroom environments and high-tech industrial standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems in semiconductor and pharmaceutical projects. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure clash-free designs and model integrity. - Support process piping, HVAC, cleanroom layout, and utility modeling based on project requirements. - Implement BIM standards, LOD definitions (100 to 400), and company CAD/BIM protocols. - Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and generate coordination reports. - Extract 2D drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and schedules from BIM models. - Perform as-built modeling and incorporate redline markups and site changes.
