BIM Engineer (Architecture/ Structure)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer (Architecture/ Structure) with experience in Revit to join our team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining 3D models for architectural and structural designs using Revit software. You will work closely with the design team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project models.

Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain 3D models using Revit for architectural and structural designs.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Ensure that all BIM standards are adhered to in the creation of 3D models.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and other required documentation from 3D models.
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project models.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all changes are properly tracked and documented.
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technology and software updates to maintain proficiency in the field.

Skills Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in creating 3D models using Revit software.
• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts, practices, and software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest BIM technology and software updates.
