Job Specifications

Education: B.Tech/ BE in Electrical

Software Expertise: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination
• Proven ability to create, manage, and maintain complex BIM models
• Strong knowledge of clash detection, 3D modeling, and coordination workflows
• Familiarity with BIM standards, methodologies, and execution plans
• Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary coordination and project integration
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the BIM modeling team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
2. BIM Model Management: Develop, manage, and maintain accurate, up-to-date BIM models for ongoing projects.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM deliverables.
4. Decision-Making: Take ownership of BIM-related technical decisions and resolve coordination challenges effectively.
5. Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
6. Quality Control: Implement strict quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency in model development.
7. Meetings & Reporting: Participate in project coordination meetings and provide timely BIM-related updates.
8. Technology Upgradation: Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, techniques, and industry trends.
9. BIM Server Management: Oversee and maintain the BIM server for smooth model sharing and version control.
