Job Specifications Education: B.Tech/ BE in Electrical Software Expertise: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination Proven ability to create, manage, and maintain complex BIM models Strong knowledge of clash detection, 3D modeling, and coordination workflows Familiarity with BIM standards, methodologies, and execution plans Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary coordination and project integration Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the BIM modeling team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. BIM Model Management: Develop, manage, and maintain accurate, up-to-date BIM models for ongoing projects. Project Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM deliverables. Decision-Making: Take ownership of BIM-related technical decisions and resolve coordination challenges effectively. Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements. Quality Control: Implement strict quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency in model development. Meetings & Reporting: Participate in project coordination meetings and provide timely BIM-related updates. Technology Upgradation: Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, techniques, and industry trends. BIM Server Management: Oversee and maintain the BIM server for smooth model sharing and version control.
