Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8 to 10 years (BIM-related experience required)
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities for civil and structural design projects.
• Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using relevant software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical, and electrical teams for clash detection and resolution.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and project documentation as per client requirements.
• Conduct BIM model reviews, audits, and quality checks.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior BIM team members.
• Coordinate with site/project teams to ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with construction requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D).
• In-depth knowledge of civil and structural engineering concepts.
• Proven experience in managing BIM workflows and project coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
