KEY Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D architectural BIM models at various Levels of Development (LOD 100 500).
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings from BIM models.
Coordinate BIM models with MEP and structural teams to ensure design accuracy and clash-free integration.
Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and protocols.
Perform model audits, clash detection, and quality checks.
Support design teams in implementing BIM workflows and optimizing efficiency.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for design coordination.
Maintain and update BIM models in line with project revisions, site changes, and RFIs.
Prepare and deliver BIM presentations and visualizations (renderings, walkthroughs, etc.).
Ensure data integrity and contribute to project handover documentation.

Required Skills Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in BIM for architectural projects.
Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, codes, and detailing.
Experience with BIM 360, Dynamo, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization tools (preferred).
Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, AIA, etc.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
