BIM Architect - Landscape

As a BIM Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the application of BIM software on various projects, ensuring that procedures are standardized and quality control is maintained. You will be overseeing a team of BIM coordinators and experts who assist in executing digital projects according to set timelines and standards. Additionally, you will be in charge of providing staff training, offering technical solutions, and ensuring that all teams align with the project's objectives and compliance guidelines. Your tasks and duties will include developing and implementing BIM protocols and systems for new projects, coordinating project model deliveries, leading BIM coordination meetings, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions for BIM software users. You will also be responsible for liaising with project managers, engineers, and architects to facilitate seamless workflow integration, as well as maintaining the Project Information Model and overseeing data management throughout the project lifecycle. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, with prior landscape experience being advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience with industry-specific BIM programs such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required. Professional certifications focusing on BIM, like the Construction Management with a concentration certificate or the Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design, can significantly enhance your credentials. Ideal candidates for BIM engineers should possess at least five to six years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a design or construction capacity. Technical writing, team leadership, and project management skills are also essential for this role, along with the ability to effectively address and resolve challenging design and workflow issues.,
