Billing & Finance Operations

Project start date: 1st February

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Manage end-to-end 

  billing operations

  , invoicing, and financial documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Validate billing data, monitor discrepancies, and support financial reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the billing function.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation integrity.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

   (written & spoken).

• No frequent job changes

    stable career background preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work 

  full-time night shifts

• Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar (preferred but not mandatory for some roles).
• Candidates should be willing to 

  relocate to Bangalore

Compensation & Hike Rule

• As a standard, 

  CTC includes up to a 30% hike

  .
• Higher hikes are considered 

  only for exceptional, top-tier candidates

  .

Relocation Support

• Relocation benefits 

  may be offered

   for higher levels (ICM 10 & ICM 9), but 

  cannot be guaranteed

   and will be assessed case by case.
