Job Summary:We are hiring a Billing & Records Executive who can manage daily billing operations and maintain basic records using a computer. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic computer applications like MS Excel and Word, and should be able to handle routine documentation and invoice preparation tasks. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue invoices and bills to customers/vendors. Maintain and update records of bills, receipts, and transactions. Enter data into computer systems using MS Excel or billing software. Keep physical and digital records organized and up to date. Assist in maintaining stock or purchase records (if required). Respond to basic customer queries related to billing. Coordinate with the accounts or admin department as needed. File and store documents systematically.
