Billing Executive

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices, credit memos, and debit notes with precision and attention to detail. Your main duty will involve managing billing cycles to ensure that invoicing is done in a timely and accurate manner. You will be tasked with verifying billing information, which includes customer data and service details. Effective coordination with sales, operations, and customer service teams will be essential to streamline the billing process and address any discrepancies that may arise. Resolving customer inquiries regarding billing matters will also be a part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will play a key role in maintaining precise financial records, reports, and spreadsheets to support the billing function. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will contribute to the overall financial integrity of the organization. This full-time position requires working from 11 a.m to 8 p.m during the day shift. While prior experience of 1 year is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply for this role. The work location for this position is in person, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
