Job Purpose
The Central Billing Executive - Roads supports the Central Billing Lead in managing the billing process for road construction projects. This includes assisting in the preparation and review of bills, ensuring compliance with contracts, and coordinating with site teams.
Responsibilities
Billing Management and Review Support:
- Assist in the preparation and review of project-related bills, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Help ensure that all bills are in line with project contracts, budgets, and procurement documentation.
Site Coordination Support
- Support the central billing lead in liaising with site billing teams, ensuring uniform billing practices and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in the coordination between various teams to ensure billing activities are contractually compliant and timely.
Change Orders And Claims Management Support
- Aid in the management of change orders and claims, ensuring documentation is accurate and processed within deadlines.
- Help maintain a database of all claims and variations, tracking approvals and cost implications.
Reporting And Audit Compliance Support
- Contribute to the preparation of billing status reports and cost tracking, and assist in audit processes.
- Support compliance with financial regulations and contractual terms.
- Assist in reviewing and improving billing systems and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in billing management, preferably within infrastructure or project-based industries.
- Proven expertise in handling change orders, claims management, and financial reporting.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Advanced certifications in financial management or billing systems (preferred).
Years & Type Of Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in billing and financial management roles.
- Experience in infrastructure or project-based industries, with a focus on billing and claims management.
Domain Expertise
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial management within infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with change order and claims management in project-based environments.
- Understanding of project budgeting and financial reporting standards.
