Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing operations for OPD and IPD patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
  
• Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues and optimize reimbursements.
  
• Maintain patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment details.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements related to billing and claims management.
  
• Provide support in maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in OPD/IPD billing or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system.
  
• Proficiency in TPA (Third Party Administrator) software applications.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with insurance companies.
